From choosing a pumpkin to suit your style, to choosing flowers (from our field and gardens, or wholesale depending on weather and demand), you’ll learn how to create and arrange a stunning seasonal centrepiece for your Thanksgiving table. We’ll discuss design and colour theory, and talk about the roles different flowers play in an arrangement.
Come with a friend (or make a new one!) or bring a family member and create some new Thanksgiving memories.

all tools, supplies, and materialsyour choice of pumpkins (pre-scooped and ready to go) from the incomparable Rijke’s Produce Farm. Please let me know on booking if you have a preference for a certain kind of pumpkin! all the required flowers and foliage - homegrown if the weather is with us!
